A four course dinner from Fireside Restaurant, whose new location is across the street from Hatch. Dinner, two cocktails paired to the event, and a limoncello digestif are included. The Copper Still Room will be open for interactive tours and questions. Dinner will be served in the intimacy of the Barrel Room.
Hors d'oeuvres will be served at 5:30. Menu as follows:
1st course Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail
2nd course Duck Potsticker with Ramen noodle salad
3rd course Pork Belly Confit w/ Biscuits & Gravy
4th course Braised Beef Short Rib on Door County Goat Cheese Grits
Hatch Distilling Staff will be on hand in the Copper Still Room to describe the ingredients explain the distillation process and, of course, to answer any questions that may arise. This is a rare opportunity to visit the Copper Still Room as it is not open to the public.
