The blend of Janet’s voice and her band create a wonderful version of jazz and standards. Janet is such an exemplary vocal artiste that anything she graces with her vocal chords benefits… She can sing sweet and pretty– but she can also come on strong with a big voice that never wavers out of control.
The 10-concert Fishstock Series is largely the same group of musicians Fishstock had planned to showcase in 2020, said concert promoter Steve Ellmann. “If you saw my message last year, you know that I was excited about the opportunity to bring back all of our great 2019 artists for the 2020 season,” said Ellmann. “Then the pandemic started! I promised to bring everyone back for 2021, and with one exception, that’s exactly what we’re doing! The exception is Michael P. Smith, who sadly died last August 3, 2020 and whose August 8, 2021 performance date has been filled by the upcoming Heather Styka appearance.
To attend a Fishstock concert, drive down County Hwy F east of Fish Creek — when you get close to the intersection with Maple Grove Rd., you'll notice a big white barn on the south side of the highway covered with colorful letters that spell out "Fishstock." To purchase reserved $25 seating online, visit Door County Tickets. Fishstock concert tickets can also be purchased at the door for $25 reserved and $20 general admission.
