Watercolor Workshop with Artist Kari Andersen

Join us for a watercolor class with a view in the Great Hall with Artist Kari Anderson. Gaze over the bay and gather your inspiration from sailboats, water, big sky, and sunsets.
We will discuss color, composition, and topics of your choice with demos, problem-solving and personal attention. Beginners and those who wish to hone their craft are welcome.
Proceeds of the class benefit the Friends of the Pavilion and support the Kress Pavilion.
10 am – 3 pm with lunch provided and the opportunity to win a door prize from our sponsors.
$110 per student

About Kari Anderson:
Kari Anderson was born in Decorah, Iowa and is of Scandinavian ancestry. She has been painting in watercolor for about the past 25 years, most of that time in Door County.
Her favorite subjects are wintery landscapes, and abstract florals. Prints from her whimsical “tomte” series and Door County Lighthouse series remain favorites of collectors who follow her work.
Her distinctive, fluid watercolor style makes her the most recognizable watercolor artist in Door County.
