Due to the continuing coronavirus crisis, the 7th Annual Uncork Summer Food Wine Music Festival has unfortunately been rescheduled for next year. The new date is Saturday, June 25, 2022, 11 am–2 pm (drinks + live music: 11 am–4pm) and will once again be situated on the outdoor grounds of Wickman House, the renowned Ellison Bay restaurant.

OUR HISTORY

Uncork Summer (www.uncorksummer.com) debuted in 2014 as a means to showcase the county's top chefs in a single setting and to signify the start of the Door County summer tourism season. The event immediately reached a broad audience of foodies and has grown each subsequent year.

Located outdoors on the beautiful grounds of the Wickman House restaurant (www.wickmanhouse.com) on Mink River Road, the event features 20+ food vendor booths, plus wines, local ciders, craft beers and unique hand-crafted cocktails. Well-known jazz vocalist Erin Krebs and a surprise musical guest will perform on the Uncork Music Stage throughout the day.
