Uncork Summer returns! The fifth annual Uncork Summer Food Wine Music Festival is scheduled for Saturday, June 23, 11 am–2 pm (drinks + live music: 11 am–4pm) and will once again be situated on the outdoor grounds of Wickman House, the renowned Ellison Bay restaurant.
Uncork Summer (www.uncorksummer.com) debuted as a means to showcase the county's top chefs in a single setting and to signify the start of the Door County summer tourism season. The event immediately reached a broad audience of foodies and has grown each subsequent year.

Located outdoors on the beautiful grounds of the Wickman House restaurant (www.wickmanhouse.com) on Mink River Road, the event features 20+ food vendor booths, plus wines, local ciders, craft beers and unique hand-crafted cocktails. Well-known jazz vocalist Erin Krebs and a surprise musical guest will perform on the Uncork Music Stage throughout the day.
Expansive free parking is located at the Liberty Grove Historical Society property at the top of the Ellison Bay hill at the south end of the village. Free shuttles will ferry visitors from the parking areas to the festival.
There is a minimal $10 admission fee per person to attend Uncork Summer. Inexpensive tickets for food, wine, beer and cocktails are available on-site for just $5 each, the event's uniform price for individual small plate dishes and drinks, whether wines, ciders, beer or craft cocktails. Pre-order your tickets online by April 30th for one free admission, a savings of $10. Tickets can be order online through June 15th. Pick up your pre-ordered tickets at the Uncork Will Call Booth on June 23rd.
